  6.    This is just a short note to inform you of the files you'll find in
  7.    this drawer, named HR-IC.
  8.  
  9.    More information regarding each file is to be found either on the file
  10.    itself, or on its attached .guide, .doc, .ReadMe etc files ...

  63.     The three programs (items ## 1., 3., & 5. above) are not bootable,
  64.     nor have they been arranged to run off a special directory of the CD,
  65.     DD, etc : they are THOROUGHLY FREELY EXECUTABLE files.
  66.  
  67.     Of course there is the need for some files (libraries etc) to be
  68.     present in the system's appropriate directories, but those files
  69.     aren't anything unusually special and the related information as
  70.     to which file to be where is availabe with every program's
  71.     documentation ...

  77.       As also stated in the Call.guide, we herewith give full permission
  78.       to you, the reader of all this, to include the files in the HR-IC
  79.       drawer wherever (.net's, PD libraries, etc) you wish and find so fit
  80.       besides the AFDD\CD ...
  81.  
  82.       But, since we've given such ``full permission'' to AF first, their
  83.       persmission should also be obtained for such an act if other people
  84.       might like to try the same thing ...  (AF staff are nice friendly
  85.       people and we think they won't disagree ...)
